Training Times and Class Schedule

CrossFit Group Classes:
Monday to Friday - 6am, 9:15am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm
Saturday - 7am, 8am

CrossFit Teens (during school term):
Tuesday & Thursday - 3:30pm until 4:30pm

Open Gym:
These are times that the gym is open beyond class times for members to practice skills and do extra work

Monday to Friday - 7am until 7:30am, 10:15am until 11am
Saturday - 9am until 10am
