CrossFit Noosa is a strength and conditioning facility based in Noosa Heads. We specialise in athletic training based on the program originally developed by Coach Greg Glassman after his years of working with, coaching and developing all types of people - from those merely interested in fitness, to elite-level athletes

We specialise in group CrossFit training, as well as One on One training in all aspects of strength, conditioning, and fitness. We run both CrossFit kids and teens specialty classes, CrossFit Endurance, as well as having access to high class education and programming from specialists in the field of endurance sport and weightlifting..

Our timetable is constantly evolving to suit our members. Newest addition is the CrossFit Endurance session, with more programs to come soon. Check the below link for our schedule

Fitness in 100 words..

"Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts; deadlifts, clean, squats, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics; pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push ups, sit ups, presses to hand stand, pirouettes, flips, splits and holds. Bike, run skip row etc. hard and Fast. Five or six days per week, mix these elements in as many combinations, patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy.
