CrossFit Noosa is a strength and conditioning facility based in Noosa Heads. We specialise in athletic training based on the CrossFit program developed by Coach Greg Glassman after his years of working with, coaching and developing all types of people - from those merely interested in fitness, to elite-level athletes

We specialise in group CrossFit training, as well as private training in all aspects of strength, conditioning  In addition we run both CrossFit kids and teens specialty classes. Our programs are well designed and coached, and are a heap of fun. 

We run CrossFit group classes in both the morning and the evening, as well as additional Open gym times to allow individual practice of skills.  Click below to see the current schedule. There is a time to suit everyone.

Fitness in 100 words..

"Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts; deadlifts, clean, squats, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics; pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push ups, sit ups, presses to hand stand, pirouettes, flips, splits and holds. Bike, run skip row etc. hard and Fast. Five or six days per week, mix these elements in as many combinations, patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy.
