MEMBERSHIP TERMS, CONDITIONS, holds & CANCELLATIONS

Billing: All membership payments are direct debited monthly via Ezidebit. Please ensure there are sufficient funds in your account or you will be charged a late penalty by Ezidebit, and your membership may be suspended until payment is successful.

Refunds: All Membership payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Membership Renewals: All Monthly & Weekly Memberships will be automatically renewed at the end of the membership period (weekly memberships are charged fortnightly). 10 Session Passes will automatically renew upon use of the last session, or not renew upon term expiry (6 months). Any unused sessions upon expiry will not be refunded.

Membership Holds: CrossFit Noosa offers one “membership hold” per calendar year, for any reason or period. Holds are not available for 10 Session Passes. Holds must be requested with no less than FOURTEEN (14) days’ notice before the hold start date. All membership hold requests MUST be submitted in writing; just complete and submit the form below:

Membership Cancellation: Please note the following terms & conditions and understand that these are not flexible:

  1. Memberships may be cancelled at any time with no less than FOURTEEN (14) days’ notice before your next scheduled membership billing date.

  2. In case of membership cancellation no refund or credit will be given irrespective of how many days or sessions remain in the current membership period.

  3. If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future, membership rates in effect at the time of reactivation will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.
