CROSSFIT NOOSA PROGRAMS
crossfit classes
CrossFit is at the very heart of everything we do. It is our main training program that prepares you for whatever life can throw at you. Classes usually consist of a strength or skill piece followed by a “Workout of the Day” (WOD). Workouts are varied daily, usually short & intense (from 5 to 30 minutes), and incorporate compound (full body) movements utilising elements of gymnastics, olympic weightlifting, powerlifting and metabolic conditioning such as running, skipping, biking, rowing & skiing (yes you can ski in Noosa!).
speciality classes
Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting & Strongman (our “Iron Factory”), Gymnastics, Nutrition sessions and more. These are the classes where you get to work on more specific skills. They are seasonal and an added benefit of membership at CrossFit Noosa.
