5 Snatches, 42kg (30kg)
3 Muscle-up

[COMPETITION TRAINING]
[B] Squat Clean
2-2-2-2

Rest 90 secs between each set

[C] For time:
50 Burpee Box Jump Overs, 24″ (20″)
Both hands and both feet must touch the top of the box
