The gym will be closed on Wednesday 25/4/2018 for the ANZAC day public holiday.

To commemorate ANZAC Day we will be running "Murph" at 7am, and all members are welcome. There will be scaling and partner options. Come and join in the fun. We will be heading out for breakfast afterwards.

In memory of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, N.Y., who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005..

Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you've got a twenty pound vest or body armour, wear it.
