[A] Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:-

3 rounds of:-
5 Pull ups
10 Pushups
15 Squats

Snatch may be performed as Power or Squat Snatch

[COMPETITION TRAINING]
[B ] MB GHD Situp, 20lb (14lb)
3 x 15 reps for quality

Scale as required

[C] For time:
Airbike, 60 Cals
Rest 2 mins
Airbike, 30 Cals
Rest 1 mins
Airbike 15 Cals
