[A] Overhead Squat

[COMPETITION TRAINING]
[B] 30 reps for time:
Bar Muscle Up

Every time you drop from the bar complete 30 double unders before continuing

[C]  For time:
60 Bar facing burpees

Step up and step back NOT allowed. Must be upright during the jump over the bar. Two foot take off and 2 foot landing. Spend 10 mins practicing different techniques and options as a warmup. Aim to complete the 60 reps without any pausing.
