Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
10 power snatches
3 bar muscle-ups

Men use 35kg
Women use 25kg

[COMPETITION TRAINING]
[B] Run 1600m Time Trial

[C] For time:
30 Burpees, 6″ reach
rest 1 min
20 Burpees, 6″ reach
rest 2 min
10 burpees, 6″ reach

Move as quickly as possible in each set of burpees, treat them as a sprint
