[A] On a continuous clock for 32 intervals: 
Tabata Push Press, 35kg (25kg)
Tabata Sit-ups
Tabata Sumo Deadlift High Pull, 35kg (25kg)
Tabata Push-ups 

The Tabata interval is 8 sets of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. Perform all 8 sets of Push Press, followed by all 8 sets of Sit-ups, followed by all 8 sets of Sumo Deadlift High Pull and finally, all 8 sets of Push-ups.
