35 Double Unders 

[COMPETITION TRAINING]
[B] Every minute for 12 minutes:
Snatch, 1 rep

[C] Single Arm Dumbbell Push Press, (32kg /20kg)
3 x 1 min on/ 1 min off

Perform 30 seconds on one arm and 30 seconds on the other arm each minute. Record the total number of reps accumulated across the 3 minutes.
