Complete as many rounds as possible in 26 minutes of:
10 Pull-ups
15 Kettlebell Swings, 24kg (16kg)
20 Box Jumps, 24" (20")

[COMPETITION TRAINING]
[B] Every minute for 12 minutes:
Hang Clean, 1 rep

[C] Cover as much distance in 2 minutes of:
Rope Sled Pull (hand over hand), bodyweight 

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 3 cycles.
