6 Thrusters, 42kg (30kg)
6 Bar Facing Burpees 

[COMPETITION TRAINING]
[B] Every minute for 10 minutes:
3-Position Snatch, 1 rep
The 3 Positions are Hang, Below Knee and Floor. 

[C] For time:
Double Kettlebell Front Rack Carry, 200m
Men use 2 x 24kg Kettlebells. Women use 2 x 16kg Kettlebells.
