Please note that the gym will be closed Friday to Monday for the easter break. Normal classes will resume on Tuesday. Here is a  workout that you can do in the park. Happy Easter everybody!!
 
WOD
[A] "Tabata Something Else" 
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest where:
The first 8 intervals are Pull-ups,
The second 8 intervals are Push-ups,
The third 8 intervals are Sit-ups and,
The last 8 intervals are Squats. 
There is no rest between the exercises. 

[COMPETITION TRAINING]
No extra training. Rest & recover.
