3 Muscle Ups
6 Dumbbell Hang Squat Cleans, 20kg (15kg) 
18 Double Unders

[COMPETITION TRAINING]
[B] For time: 
2 x 32kg (24kg) Kettlebell Farmers Carry, 500m 

*Every time your break, accrue 7 burpees and perform the total number at the completion of the 500m. Time stops when you complete your burpees.
