We will be running Open WOD 17.2 instead of the afternoon classes. The gym will be open from 4pm, briefing at 5pm and first heat at 5:30pm. All welcome. Beers afterwards!

The following WOD will be run in the morning sessions

Rest 3 minutes 

Repeat for a total of 10 cycles and record total distance covered. 

[B] For time: 
Handstand Walk, 50m
