[A] Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutesof: 
3 rounds of "Cindy" 
50 Double Unders

Each round of "Cindy" is 5 Pull-ups, 10 Push-ups & 15 Squats. 

[COMPETITION TRAINING]
[B] Every minute for 12 minutes: 
1 Snatch 

Increment up to a max for the day.
