5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Air Squats

or

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:
5 Handstand Push Ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

[COMPETITION TRAINING]
[B] Deadlift
5-5-5-5-5

Use the same weight for each set. Rest as needed between sets. These are NOT touch and go, reset at the bottom of each rep
