Private Training for Existing Members
Private training is a great way to fix gaps in your game or to target any specific goals that you might have. Things that can be covered effectively in private training sessions include:-
- Weight Management & Nutrition
- Learning and fast-tracking specific skills (eg muscle ups, handstand pushups, olympic lifting etc)
- Rehab for injuries and body issues
- Preparation for competition & competition skill development
- Goal setting
- Fitness assessment and personalised training
Private training sessions can be scheduled as frequently as you require, but we do encourage all members to have a check in session with a trainer at least every 6 months.
Email us to book in a session. Private training rates are $60-$120 depending on the trainer and frequency.
