What is CrossFit? - “CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program built on constantly varied, if not randomised, functional movements executed at high intensity.” (Founder Greg Glassman). Put simply, CrossFit is a training system that prepares you for whatever life can throw at you. Workouts are short & intense, and incorporate elements of gymnastics, olympic weightlifting, rowing, track, bodyweight calisthenics and circuit training.

Suitable for Everybody!! 
We believe that the training needs of Olympic athletes and weekend warriors differ by degree not kind. Therefore, we scale load and intensity, we don’t change programs. The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience, skill or fitness level. CrossFit Teens - Forging the Future of Fitness, with Teens 13yrs to 17yrs

CrossFit Teens is the complete CrossFit program, geared and designed for teenagers and the specific developmental needs of that age group.  Our program is broad, general, and inclusive. Healthy living requires that our teens push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, and jump, effectively and safely regardless of whether or not they play specialised sports. They will learn to do all these things with a focus on good movement mechanics and good fun.

CrossFit Teens classes run in parallel with school terms. Training Fees are paid per term and are due by the second week of Term. There are no classes on Public Holidays. Term Fees are adjusted accordingly

Unlimited monthly membership $120
10 pass membership $150
Teens sessions are held Monday to Friday at 3:30pm throughout the year, except public holidays.

Private Training

Private training is a great way to fix gaps in your game or to target any specific goals that you might have. Things that can be covered effectively in private training sessions include:-

  • Weight Management & Nutrition

  • Learning and fast-tracking specific skills (eg muscle ups, handstand pushups, olympic lifting etc)

  • Rehab for injuries and body issues

  • Preparation for competition & competition skill development

  • Goal setting

  • Fitness assessment and personalised training

  • Private training sessions can be scheduled as frequently as you require, but we do encourage all members to have a check in session with a trainer at least every 6 months.

Sessions are by appointment only and subject to availability. Prices range from from $75-$120 per hour depending on the trainer. Private training is available to both members and non-members, however members receive booking priority and a 10% discount on rates.
